We’re bringing our Knowledge to Act event series to Manchester and this time we’re tackling workload.

Knowledge to Act event: workload & wellbeing

As the summer term draws to a close, gather some fresh ideas and useful tips to implement in your school from September. You will hear first-hand what other schools have done to successfully reduce workload and have a positive impact on staff wellbeing and retention.

Speakers confirmed so far:

Frank Norris, Director Co-op Academies and Caroline Foster, Vice Principal Co-op Academy Leeds, will be talking about how they successfully reduced workload and improved wellbeing across their trust.

Sam Halliwell, Headteacher and Susie McAuley, Play Therapist and Therapeutic Inclusion (Th.Inc) from Chorlton CofE Primary School, will explain how to embed professional coaching practice in your school to enhance staff leadership, wellbeing and effectiveness.
 
Rachel Foster, HR Director and Pam Mason, Senior HR Manager from One Education, will answer questions on how to put wellbeing ideas into operation.
 
Vikkey Chaffe, Founder, Primary School Leaders Facebook group, will discuss networking and the power of peer-to-peer support.
